Everyone needs support at some stage in their life. If your goal is to gain employment or further education in your NDIS plan, we can provide tailored support to assist you to achieve this.
School Leaver Employment Support (SLES)
SLES is an NDIS support designed to provide one-on-one and group support to young people about to graduate from school to prepare for and find work.
Each school leaver’s employment supports will be different. The following skills may be part of an individual program of supports to help participants get ready for employment:

‘Finding and Keeping a Job’ assistance
‘Finding and Keeping a Job’ assistance is an NDIS support designed to provide one-on-one and group support to people wishing to prepare for and find work. This specific funding is for those looking to enter the workforce and through this funding can access mentoring support to develop and increase employment related skills. Support staff are able to work with you on-site and provide additional need above and beyond the employer obligations.
Assistance to access and maintain employment or education
We provide you with assistance in accessing employment and education opportunities and keeping a meaningful job or studies. In line with your NDIS plan, we assist you in building your skills to gain employment or to transition through school to further education.
