west@work is entirely voluntary. We are here to find Victorian people a job with Victorian employers.

We can assist with short courses, tickets and other expenses so that you can accept a position with an employer.

west@work will sit down with the employer at a time and day that best suits them. When we meet we discuss how we can help with their recruitment needs – what roles they need to fill and what skills are required. We also cover hours of work, specific tickets (e.g., Forklift licence). We then tailor our service to what you, as the employer, needs.

We pre-screen people that match the job vacancy and meet your business needs. We try and provide you with a small number of people we think would be most suitable to the role we are aiming to fill.

Wage subsidies are provided by the Victorian Government. As an employer, you will need to apply for them directly, but we can point you in the right direction.
