Virtual Yoga

From the comfort of your own home, join our virtual yoga sessions

Join us via online streaming for a twice-weekly morning yoga session with our qualified yoga instructor.

Our instructor will support individuals through the basics.  The first half hour or so will be to teach the correct postures of each pose and then head into a 1-hour Calming Zen class.

This class is a great combination of slow-paced Yoga combined other relaxation techniques that may help relieve stress, anxiety and/or physical tension.

Suitable for people with varying abilities.
