State Employment Programs
Our suite of employment programs link people to industry by providing individual support for jobseekers who are experiencing difficulties in finding the right job.
In order to achieve this we take the time to understand the needs of our employers and the wants of our people. This enables us to create linkages between the two that last.
Our state employment programs are designed to assist people who are long-term unemployed or at risk of long-term unemployment to find and secure a suitable job. WCIG runs several programs across metropolitan Melbourne and Geelong.
We take the time to understand the needs of our employers and the wants of our people, to enable us to create linkages between the two that last. WCIG's state employment programs support people to achieve their employment goals. We work with you to develop a plan that supports you to build your job skills and ability to gain meaningful work. We improve your access to job vacancies and support you to transition and remain in a job that is right for you.
