Western Springboard

Springboard provides intensive, flexible and holistic case management supports to young people who are, or have been, in residential out-of-home care.

This program supports young people aged between 16 and 21.

We are committed to improving life outcomes for young people living in or, leaving residential out-of-home care. Our highly-skilled youth team will provide you with individualised support to assist you to make positive life changes and choices.

We provide flexible outreach in an environment that suits your needs. We offer supports to assist you to make a smooth transition into education, training or access and secure employment.

WCIG works in consortium with Djerriwarrh Community & Education Services and Inner Melbourne VET Cluster to deliver to Melbourne’s west and inner Melbourne.
