On Thursday 4 April, excitement and enthusiasm swept across all 7 of our office hubs. Teams pulled out all the stops to welcome program participants, VIPs, local employers and the general public alike to celebrate our fresh visual identity. We hosted guest motivational speakers, interactive workshops including candle making, an amazing performance from two local young musicians and plenty of nibbles!
Changing a logo might sound a simple enough thing, but in serving our communities, how we appear means so much more. Over a period of 12 months, we looked inwardly at who we are as an organisation and how we could best approach a rapidly evolving world of decision making and choice for people seeking to make positive changes in their lives. The answer we came up with was the need for a clear offering and a transparency of service that empowers, encourages and informs. 12 months later, a new era for WCIG was born.
We have launched our new website and a fresh outlook on a future that promises to be just as compelling as the evolution that we have undergone in our 30+ year history.
WCIG improves lives through dignity and choice, empowering people to achieve a meaningful role in society. We embrace the challenge and look forward to being part of many more individual journeys.
